About the project
The campus weather station at Unter den Eichen continuously records meteorological measurements such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation. The station is part of an IoT research project by the Department of Design Informatics Media at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences.
The station's autonomous energy system is powered and monitored by solar modules. All sensor data is collected in real time, stored in a time series database, and visualized via this dashboard.
